What counts as a response?

A completed voice recording submitted by a respondent. Incomplete or abandoned recordings don't count toward your limit.

What is VOCEQ Link™?

VOCEQ Link™ lets you create shareable links for voice feedback collection. Share on social media, your website, QR codes at events, or anywhere you want to collect feedback. Each plan includes a different number of links: Starter (1 link), Professional (5 links), Business (unlimited links). Once someone clicks your VOCEQ Link, they register their email and submit voice feedback—just like a regular survey, but accessible to anyone.

What is the CLS metric included in the Business plan?

Customer Loyalty Score (CLS) is an industry-standard metric that asks respondents: "How likely are you to recommend our product/service?" on a 0-10 scale. VOCEQ uniquely combines CLS with emotional intelligence—you'll see both HOW customers feel (emotion mapping) AND whether they'd recommend you (business outcome). This correlation is powerful: emotionally connected customers show 306% higher likelihood to recommend. CLS is optional per campaign (ON/OFF toggle) and is only available in Business tier.

How does audio retention work?

Your recordings are stored securely for 30-90 days, depending on your tier: Starter (30 days - optimal for rapid feedback cycles), Professional (60 days - extended trend analysis), Business (90 days - quarterly strategic planning). After the retention period, recordings are automatically and permanently deleted. You can export or download recordings anytime before expiration. Our retention periods are research-backed and align with GDPR data minimization principles.

What happens if I exceed my response limit?

You'll receive email warnings at 80%, 90%, and 100% of your limit. You can upgrade anytime (prorated), or we'll charge you the overage rate for your tier. You can also enable a "soft cap" to automatically pause campaigns at your limit.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How long is the free trial?

Do you offer refunds?
